  • Your computer may temporarily store copies of such materials in RAM incidental to your accessing and viewing those materials
  • You may store files that are automatically cached by your Web browser for display enhancement purposes
  • You may print or download one copy of a reasonable number of pages of the Site for your own personal, non-commercial use and not for further reproduction, publication, or distribution.
  1. User Content The Site may allow you to upload, submit, store, send, or receive content that may be viewed by other users on the Site. Heyhome will not be liable for any damages of any kind arising from the use of the Site, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, and consequential damages.

  2. Indemnification You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Vconcu, its affiliates, subsidiaries, employees, contractors, officers, directors, and agents from any claim, demand, damages, obligation, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney’s fees) arising from:

  • Your breach of these Terms
  • Your violation of any third-party right, including without limitation any intellectual property, property, or privacy right.

  1. Termination Vconcu may terminate your access to all or any part of the Site at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice, effective immediately.

  2. Miscellaneous These Terms and any other agreements between you and Vconcu shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law. No waiver of any term of these Terms shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or any other term, and Vconcu’s failure to assert any right or provision under these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
